We are new and will be regularly updating the web site with new features, fitness related tools and lots of information to help you progress. We always appreciate feedback and will take on board any requests and thoughts you may have.

We always appreciate your feedback about the web site. Do you like/dislike the look, is is hard to use, can you not find what you want. Please be as honest as you like. Its still very early days for this site so you comments will shape the way forward.
