WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?
Outdoor Zone is a co-ed outdoor fitness class targeted towards those of us that are not athletes but would like to reach a certain level of fitness to stay healthy. If you are the type who is not motivated to work out by yourself and are fearful of all those other hardcore fitness groups then this is the class for you.
Outdoor Zone offers a selection of dynamic exercises using the outdoor experience and a variety of different equipment and movements. There will always be alternatives for those that are less fit and you will never feel left out. The class safely starts with a warm up leading into a cardio session, then strength, core and flexibility. All compiled into a 60 minute work out that will keep you coming back for more. The sessions are led by a fully qualified trainer who will motivate, encourage, instruct and politely urge you to push yourself a little more each class.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO ME?
If you can commit to attending all classes you will achieve the following results:
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The sessions are 4 weeks in length, 3 times per week and 60 minutes long. Rain or shine.
You will receive 2 Fitness Evaluations so you can track your improvements and see the benefits.
Class size is limited to 15 participants in order for your trainer to give everyone the proper direction.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Please wear layered and breathable clothing, proper running shoes and hat.
Please bring a mat, towel, water bottle and weights (3-8lbs)

Stroller Zone is a post natal outdoor bootcamp targeted towards mums and their babies. Using a stroller and your child this zone works on losing that after pregnancy weight. Its a chance to connect up with like-minded mums and enjoy time with your child at the same time as improving your fitness.
